Terms of Service

Updated: 10 October 2026. Purchase terms apply when presented and accepted for a new order; existing orders retain their original terms.

Purchases are prepaid. We do not offer discretionary cash refunds or routine withdrawals of account credit. Billing corrections, service remedies and mandatory refund rights are explained in our Refund Policy.

1. Who provides the service

ProxyHub is the service name used at proxyhub.team. References to "we" and "us" mean the operator providing this service. Contact us at the support address below about the service or a purchase.

For account, billing and service questions, contact support@proxyhub.team.

2. Scope and eligibility

These Terms cover our website, account, prepaid credit and proxy services. The order description, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy also apply. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into the contract. If purchasing for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. Services are available only where their provision and your use are lawful, including under applicable sanctions and export restrictions.

Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting provisions. Describing a customer as a professional user or paying in cryptocurrency does not itself remove those protections.

3. Accounts and access credentials

Sign-in is available through the Google or Telegram options enabled on the website. Keep your sign-in account, proxy credentials and private access or rotation links secure. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for users you authorise to access your proxies and for their compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy. This does not make you automatically responsible for a security failure attributable to us. Do not buy, sell or transfer a ProxyHub website account without our approval.

4. What you purchase

Review the pool, quantity, country, rental duration, supported protocol and total before purchase. Ask support about an essential requirement not expressly described in the offer. Do not assume that a configuration or target website is supported simply because another proxy product supports it.

5. Prices, payments and fulfilment

Product prices and account credit are shown in USD. Purchases are paid from the account balance. Available cryptocurrency top-ups are processed through Heleket; use only the currency, network, address, amount and time window shown on the payment invoice. ProxyHub does not currently offer direct card checkout.

Your wallet or payment provider may charge transaction fees. Check these and the payment quote before sending funds. A submitted blockchain transaction or a browser success message is not, by itself, confirmation that the account was credited. We reconcile payments against the payment provider's confirmed invoice status.

Contact support about incorrect, partial, late or duplicate payments. Recoverability depends on the actual transaction; an incorrect payment is not automatically converted into a valid purchase or forfeited without review.

For a purchase, funds may first be reserved and excluded from the available balance while provision is checked. A reservation is not a second charge. A confirmed unsuccessful order releases the reservation or corrects an erroneous debit. If the outcome is uncertain, the order may require review; avoid creating replacement orders until the first result is known.

Catalogue availability can change before fulfilment. A listing is not a reservation. A top-up does not guarantee that a particular port will remain available.

6. Usage, expiry and service limitations

Traffic accounting uses provider-reported measurements. Account balances and historical graphs can update at different times; a delayed graph is not evidence that no traffic was used. You may challenge an apparent error and provide your records for investigation.

A mobile rental reserves access for its stated period, including time when you choose not to use it. An unused or expired allowance is not automatically converted into money or another pool. This does not exclude remedies for a service we failed to supply.

Mobile carriers and upstream networks control address assignment and routing. Dedicated port access does not promise a globally exclusive public IP address. Rotation may return a previously used address. IP geolocation databases may disagree with each other and with a device's physical location.

Unless expressly included in the offer, we do not promise access to every destination, a particular third-party IP reputation score, uninterrupted connectivity, or an exact speed or rotation outcome. Target-site blocks, CAPTCHAs and customer software behaviour are not automatically proof of a defective proxy. These limitations do not excuse failure to supply the service as described or remove mandatory quality requirements.

There is no general contractual uptime percentage, automatic downtime-credit schedule or guaranteed 24/7 support response unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Problems, corrections and refunds

Our ordinary approach is to correct billing errors, restore access, provide an equivalent replacement or offer account credit for the affected undelivered service. We do not offer a change-of-mind money-back guarantee. Read the Refund Policy before topping up or buying.

Where the law requires reimbursement, we do not replace it with account credit without the customer's express agreement. Starting service or making a first connection is not treated as an automatic waiver of statutory rights.

8. Misuse, suspension and closure

We may proportionately restrict affected access to investigate credible abuse, compromised credentials, an unlawful use or a payment dispute. Immediate suspension may be necessary to stop harm. Where lawful and reasonably practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to request review.

Suspension is not an automatic forfeiture of all account funds. Any settlement must consider delivered services, confirmed obligations and applicable law. We do not impose an undisclosed fine for requesting support or exercising a lawful payment or consumer right.

You can request account closure through support. Closure alone does not create a discretionary entitlement to cash out prepaid credit, nor does it extinguish a mandatory repayment or privacy right.

9. Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for using proxies lawfully, checking the requirements of your workflow and protecting your own data and credentials. Proxy access is not permission to access a system or process personal information unlawfully.

For a confirmed failure to supply a service as described, our first remedy is to restore access or provide an equivalent working replacement without an additional charge. If we cannot reasonably resolve the affected service, we offer an appropriate extension or, with your agreement, account credit for the price of the undelivered part of the order. For a wholly unfulfilled order, we release the full reservation or restore the full purchase debit to your account. These are our ordinary support remedies, not exclusive remedies; the Refund Policy explains the process and your mandatory rights.

Choosing not to use a correctly supplied service does not itself entitle you to a discretionary refund or service-fault credit. This does not affect remedies for a genuine fault or any statutory withdrawal right.

For business customers only, and only to the extent lawful, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and lost business profits. Our aggregate contractual liability to a business customer arising from an affected order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.

These limitations do not reduce amounts owed as billing corrections or legally required repayments, and do not exclude fraud, deliberate misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or consumers' mandatory remedies.

10. Changes and disputes

The version presented for an order governs that order. Future amendments will carry a new effective date. We will provide notice and seek any agreement required by law for material changes affecting an existing relationship. We will not retroactively use a new policy to reject an existing claim.

Contact support first if possible so we can investigate. Doing so does not prevent you from contacting a competent regulator, using an available dispute-resolution procedure or bringing a claim in a court you are entitled to use. These Terms do not select an exclusive foreign court or take away mandatory protections available to you.
