Cookies and browser storage

Updated: 19 October 2026.

No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are currently loaded by the ProxyHub website code. First-party storage is used for sign-in, security, referral attribution, account functions and preferences. This does not describe independent storage on Google, Telegram or payment-provider pages.

1. Cookies used by the website

proxyhub_session
Keeps a customer signed in. Normally expires seven days after sign-in in the current website configuration; signing out ends the corresponding session sooner. It is an authentication cookie, not an advertising identifier.
proxyhub_login
Connects a requested Google or Telegram sign-in flow to the browser that started it. Expires after ten minutes and is cleared when the sign-in callback is processed.
Restricted support session
A separate authentication cookie is used only when authorised staff sign into the support viewer. Its session lasts up to eight hours. Normal customers do not receive this staff session merely by browsing the website.
proxyhub_referral
When you follow a referral link while signed out, an opaque first-party token remembers the first valid invitation for up to 30 days. It is cleared after a successful sign-in. A new registration can be linked to the inviter, who may earn rewards from completed paid purchases. The cookie does not contain your email or account ID. Deleting or blocking it does not prevent registration, but the invitation may not be attributed.

Authentication cookies are needed for the account functionality you request. Blocking or deleting them may prevent sign-in or sign you out. Cookie expiry is not the same as deletion of server-side orders or account history.

2. Local and session storage

Legacy privacy preference
Older versions stored proxyhub.cookie-consent.v1 in local storage. The current site removes that obsolete preference when its privacy interface loads. It is not used to enable analytics.
Selected traffic pool
Session storage remembers the selected pool for the signed-in account in the current browser tab.
Pending checkout information
Session storage helps resume an order attempt and avoid accidentally repeating a purchase after a reload. It is not the authoritative record of payment or entitlement; those are checked on the server.

Session storage usually lasts for the browser tab's session; browser restore behaviour can differ. Clearing it does not cancel a server-side order or reverse a payment.

3. Choices and optional tracking

You can inspect, block or delete site storage through your browser. Doing so may remove preferences, remove referral attribution or interrupt sign-in. Cookie settings displays this storage notice; it does not contain an analytics preference panel.

We will describe any future optional tracking and request any necessary consent before enabling it. No previous generic analytics choice authorises a new purpose.
