Which proxy product should I choose?

Pay per GB fits one-off tasks and changing workloads. Choose Private 5G Mobile when you need your own modem on a mobile carrier network.

Can I use more than one product?

Yes. One account gives you access to every product. Pay per GB has two pools with separate GB balances: Residential (HTTP) and Residential + Mobile (HTTP and SOCKS5). Your Wallet money can pay for any product.

What does the free trial include?

Try 100MB free with no credit card required. The default Residential + Mobile pool supports HTTP and SOCKS5. Private mobile modems have a separate 1-day free trial.

How do traffic packages and modem rentals differ?

Pay per GB deducts usage from the balance of your selected pool; purchased traffic never expires. Private mobile modems include unlimited traffic for your chosen rental period. Modem access ends when that period expires.

Are mobile IPs by the GB the same as a private modem?

No. The Residential + Mobile pool offers both IP types through one traffic balance, separate from the Residential pool. Private 5G Mobile gives you a dedicated modem for your chosen rental period, with unlimited traffic and controls for changing its public IP.

Does a private modem have unlimited speed?

No. Unlimited refers to mobile traffic volume. A private modem’s speed depends on its carrier connection and network conditions.

How do I pay for different products?

Choose an available payment method at checkout, or use funds you have added to your account Wallet. Your order total is shown before confirmation. Traffic balances and modem rental periods remain separate from your money balance.
